Sarangkot/ Australian Camp / Trekking

The Annapurna region in Central Nepal is one of the most geographically and culturally diverse regions for trekking! The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) working along with the King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation has declared this region as area of conservation and sustainable development. Stretched over 2600 sq.km., the area boasts of a variety of diverse cultures, tribes and castes as the Brahmins, Chettris, Newars, Gurungs, Magars, Manang is and the Tibetans. This area has sub-tropical lowlands, valleys, bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, windswept desert plateaus and the towering Annapurna Mountains.

Annapurna Himal and the town of Pokhara dominate Annapurna area. There are three major trekking routes in this region to Jomsom, to Annapurna sanctuary and Annapurna circuit,Annapurna Amazing trek and Pokhara is also a good starting place for a number of short treks of one to four days duration, including the ‘Sarangkot/ Australian Camp/ Trekking’.

Day 01: Trek from Pokhara to Sarangkot over night there. In the early morning, we go to the Sarangkot viewpoint to see the all amazing annapurna mountain range view point in front of our eyes. We look amazing fewa lake it looks like sea in nepal…

Day 02 : Trek from Sarangkot to Australian camp and over night there.It is very clean and nice place for trekkers because there is first time Australian people did camping.

Day 03 : Trek from Australian camp to Dhampus and over night there.

Day 04 : Trek from Dhampus to Phedi / by car Pokhara.

Day 01 : Trek from Pokhara to Hile and over night there.

Day 02 : Trek from Hile to Banthanti and over night there.

Day 03 : Trek from Banthanti to Ghorepani Over night there.Early morning we go to the Poon hill view point and we look all mountain like Dhaulagiri,Annapurna,Hinchuli,Annapurna South,fishtail,Gangapurna, etc.

Day 04 : Trek from Ghorepani to Tadapani and over night there.

Day 05 : Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk and over night there.Ghandruk is very beautiful gurung place and nice village.You can see gurung culture and tradition.

Day 06 : Trek from Ghandruk to Birethanti / Nayapul / Pokhara by car/ By Bus.
